Storyline
A nuclear submarine puts the world on after a criminal mind holds Washington D.C. hostage with a simple ransom...the resignation of the President. (The zap2it tv guide claims the ransom is $1 billion, while Titan TV merely says it is "hefty".)
In this all too real thriller, Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts stars as Captain Krieg, a rogue submarine commander who conspires with Russian mercenaries to hold the American government hostage.
The charge is a total disregard of the people. The ransom is 1 billion dollars and the resignations of the President and his entire cabinet. And the threat is total nuclear destruction.
